What to do:

Check Eligibility – Ensure your purchase meets our refund policy criteria (e.g. within the refund period, unused service/product, etc.).
Contact Support – Reach out to our customer support team via the Contact Us page or email us at info@forsati.org.
Provide Details – Include your order number, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation or screenshots.
Processing Time – Once approved, refunds are usually processed within 1–3 business days, depending on your payment method.

Choose Your Product/Service – Add the item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart.
Go to Checkout – When you’re ready, proceed to the checkout page.
Enter Your Coupon Code – In the field labeled “Coupon Code” or “Promo Code”, enter your code exactly as it appears.
Apply the Code – Click “Apply” and the discount will be reflected in your total.
Please note:
Only one coupon can be used per order.
Coupons must be valid and not expired.
Some items may be excluded from promotions.
If your code isn’t working, double-check for typos or contact our support team for help.
Log into your account.
Go to your Profile or Account Settings.
Click on “Edit” or “Update Name.”
Enter your new name and save the changes.
